 Dr. Michael T Walsh, D.C. 

Dr. Michael Walsh, D.C. grew up in the Fenton area. Prior to studying to become a Chiropractor, Dr. Walsh graduated from the University of Michigan - Flint with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. He attended the prestigious Palmer College of Chiropractic in Daveport, Iowa graduating Magna Cum Laude with his Doctor of Chiropractic Degree in 2005.

Dr. Walsh is the founder of Walsh Chiropractic and Wellness Center, LLC. His energy and enthusiasm coupled with wisdom and  knowledge have motivated thousands to make positive lifestyle changes and enhance their life. He is a first generation Chiropractor and is committed to serving people through his ministry and work at his office.

Dr. Walsh lives in Grand Blanc, MI with his wife Lyric, four children Riley, Ella, Tommy and Aiden and dogs Gunther and Clover. Dr. Walsh is a family Chiropractor treating people of all ages from the children to the elderly, working with people to improve their health and viality. He has a strong background in treating children and pregnant patients. Dr. Walsh uses several different techniques, always choosing the technique that fits the individual patient best.

Dr. Walsh is a full time family man. He spends his time away from the office playing with the family and friends, mostly on Lobdell Lake. He also enjoys playing cards and spending time out in nature. Dr. Walsh likes to travel the World with binoculars in hand, searching for new bird species to add to his lifelist.  Dr. Walsh would be honored to assist you in your quest for optimal wellness. Office Manager

Allison Mack is the Office Manager of Walsh Chiropractic and has been with the practice since 2009!  She is our billing and insurance specialist and the "backbone" of the practice.  When not working, Allie enjoys spending time with her husband Andrew and three daughters (Mia, Gabby & Evelynn).

Massage Therapists

Heather Joldersma, LMT has been with the office since the start of 2008!  She has performed 1000's of massages over the years and her experience shows.  Heather believes in a Holistic approach to health and wellness and is trained in a variety of modalities to help you achieve your health goals.  Just as her skills have grown over the years so has her family!  Heather has been on maternity leave 3 times at Walsh Chiropractic!  Her and Husband Charlie are the proud parents of 2 beautiful girls (Marley & Zoey) and 1 handsome boy (Gram).  The family loves the outdoors and often head to the U.P. to spend time at their "Happy Place".                                                     

April Burnham, LMT started at Walsh Chiropractic & Wellness Center in the beginning of 2009.  You may hear her contagious laugh echo through are hallways.  April is very experienced in several techniques and has quiet the following around here.  April loves her afternoon caffeine, don't be surprised if you see her stroll through the door two fisted!  April and long time partner Kris are bring up three amazing children. Look at little Kody wanting to be his mom's twin!

Brian Hobson, LMT also started working here in 2009.  After retiring from GM, Brian and wife Sue decided to start new careers as massage therapist.  How lucky for us!!  Brian is amazing at what he does.  His assessment of his patients is spot on and his technique is truly therapeutic.  Brian is a natural.  His schedule, like many of his co-workers, is booked out weeks and weeks.  Brian is really enjoying life right now.  He loves being a grandpa and spoils those grandchildren rotten.  Brian also enjoys hunting and tries to get up north to his property as much as possible.  

Jen Mikonczyk, LMT joined the team in 2017.  After 18 years providing care as an occupational therapist, Jen returned to school to become a licensed massage therapist.  Jen's attention to detail and up to date skills makes her a wonderful part of the team.  Jen has a ton of Geriatric experience over the years, but that doesn't mean she can't take care of the general population!  Jen enjoys spending time with her husband and their three children. 

Angie Bard, LMT graduated from the Health Enrichment Center in 2018 and started here the next year.  She specializes in Deep Tissue massage, and is also trained in Swedish and massage techniques. Angie meets you wherever you are on your wellness journey to find the right pace and pressure to work with your body.  Angie has her hands full walking her every growing doggy!
